Warranty
One year warranty covers all of RVcommunications.com's products. You will get years of reliable service out of any one of our products. RVcommunications.com also has a Return Policy which must be followed for any return. Warranty does not cover misuse and/or abuse of equipment. All products returned must be 100% complete.
Three year warranty covers all NEW IP Office and PARTNER ACS products in all markets and begins on the date the product is registered with Avaya. Customers who are not registered with Avaya will not benefit from the Avaya three year parts warranty.
The parts warranty period for customers registered with Avaya begins on the date when the customer registration is received by Avaya through the Avaya Registration Process. Customer registration occurs when the installation is complete. This enables the end user to benefit from a full three year warranty period from the ‘in service’ date (the day the product is turned over to the customer for their use) of IP Office and PARTNER ACS. In cases where the timely registration of the product is in question the date the BusinessPartner invoiced the customer will be used. Please note, in all cases, warranty claims must be preceded by product registration by the BusinessPartner. Please note: customers who are registered for an Avaya Global Services maintenance contract and have used this registration tool do not have to re-register using the warranty registration website listed above. Customers only need to be registered through one of the registration tools but must be registered with Avaya to benefit from the three year parts warranty.
IP Office and PARTNER ACS customer registrations can be submitted on or after June 15th 2005. All IP Office and PARTNER ACS customers must be registered with Avaya to be eligible for product warranty. IP Office customers installed between December 6th 2004 and June 15th 2005 do not require registration but must provide the customer invoice as proof of the date of installation. All IP Office and PARTNER ACS customers installed or invoiced after the June 15th must be registered. (See table below for summary.)
